Service Description

Industrial Advocacy is available to our clients and service subscribers to assist in any matter concerning their workplace. The Australian Bureau of Statistics reports; "Of the 10.4 million employees in August 2020, 14.3% were a member of a trade union in their main job. This is a decrease from the 14.6% recorded in August 2018. Trade union membership has generally declined since 1992. From 1992 to 2020, the proportion of employees who were trade union members has fallen from 40% to 14% (from 43% to 13% for men and 35% to 16% for women)." You can become a member of National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporation - Advocacy Service for $2 per day and be assured you'll be getting the right help if you ever need it, or you can simply engage our services on a fee for services basis. In some circumstances, you may be eligible for access to a no-win-no-fee agreement with us. Call 1800 238 622 and have a yarn about what's going on and see if we can help.
